Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2 hours for verified accounts using e-wallet methods. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Members who meet the specific criteria published alongside each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new Members on their first qualifying deposit, and to existing Members on specific redeposit or loyalty promotions. A Member may not claim the same promotion more than once unless specifically permitted.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. qq589 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the Platform. Bonuses have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts.
All sports bets placed through qq589's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules published for each sport, competition, and market type. These rules cover topics including event cancellation, partial completion, result voiding, and in-play bet acceptance. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary based on your account level, the product selected, and current promotional conditions. qq589 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
qq589 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is only confirmed once an official confirmation notice has been received within your betting slip or account statement. Bets will not be honoured where a technical error or manifest odds error has occurred.
A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were published in error; or where circumstances beyond qq589's control render settlement impossible. In all such cases, the original stake will be credited back to the Member's account.

Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, voiding of all bets and winnings, forfeiture of any account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
